Site support for the first year is included in the price of the package and the level of that support is detailed.

In general, our standard first year support is intended to cover bedding in of the site and some changes through the year. Some sites may require more support; for example a site offering items for sale may require updating on a weekly or even daily basis.

If a more intense level of support is required for your site, ducktowater suggest that routine updates are performed by yourself. To that end we offer training in routine site maintenance which would enable a computer literate person to carry out this work.

Training is not included in the price of our standard packages but its inclusion can be negotiated.

Training is carried out at the customer premises.
